After display home after display home we chose to build the Cleo with Simonds.
We have made a few changes to the layout (flipped the rear of the ground floor so the Kitchen and Family Area are on the opposite side, and flipped the rear of the first floor so the rumpus room is directly next to our staircase).

ReplyDeleteHousemouse here :-) Just wondering what your colour selections are? That's my fave part of the building process is choosing all the colours! Your floorplan and facade look great. I'm glad we are going to have a very attractive house opposite us.
Hi Kat, We are using a dark chocolate brick (Homestead Tan) through Austral with a charcoal render to the second storey. We are in two minds whether we use stacked stone or tile the two front columns - we have seen them on a display tiled and it looks fantastic :)
