Slab down

Slab is now 100% complete ...but on inspection we have no toilet waste point.  Simonds tell us that it is deliberate the way they do it and it just needs to be uncovered.  We'll see....

It starts

Very excited that on Tuesday 31st May 2011 I decided to check out everyone elses progress at the estate and discovered that they started our site cut and fill.  We are now just waiting on final plans to sign off and they can start our slab :)  Fingers crossed for a very dry Winter.

The Cleo

17.5 months ago we decided to bite the bullet and put a deposit down on a block of land in Croydon VIC.

After display home after display home we chose to build the Cleo with Simonds. 

We have made a few changes to the layout (flipped the rear of the ground floor so the Kitchen and Family Area are on the opposite side, and flipped the rear of the first floor so the rumpus room is directly next to our staircase).
